DiSanto to Host Hunting, Fishing & Outdoor Recreation Information Night Sept. 25

Harrisburg – Senator John DiSanto (Dauphin/Perry) will host a free hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation information night on Wednesday, September 25 at the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission headquarters in Harrisburg.

The event will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 1601 Elmerton Avenue. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.

“Participants will learn the latest legal and regulatory changes, as well as proposed legislation, impacting hunting and fishing, boating and other outdoor recreational activities. You’ll have an opportunity to share your views on these subjects if you’d like,” Senator DiSanto said. “If you’re a hunter, angler or outdoor recreation enthusiast in Dauphin County or Perry County, this free event is for you.”

Representatives from the Fish and Boat Commission, Pennsylvania Game Commission, and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will be on hand to discuss their programs and take questions.

Thanks to the generosity of area sporting goods stores, door prizes will be awarded.
