Call to Order
HB 775 (Diamond) —amends the PACE/PACENET program under the State Lottery Law regarding death verification of individuals enrolled in the program.
HB 956 (Murt) —amends the State Lottery Law to provide for a temporary reduction of the PA Lottery’s statutorily mandated percent of total revenues from the sale of lottery tickets or shares dedicated to programs for the elderly from 25% to 20%.
SB 819 (Mensch) —amends and updates the Older Adult Protective Services Act (OAPSA) to address issues pertaining to criminal background checks, adult protective services, imposing penalties, and making a related repeal.
